I think tagging will be a problem for me. I'm sure I will struggle to find the right terms. I assume I don't want to do to few tags, but would too many be a problem also? Tagging for my science classes would be easier than my LA classes.

Wow! Widgets are just like the apps I put on my iphone. I had no idea the even existed. I might use this as an opener in my LA class next year.

I know commenting is important but I'm really not comfortable doing it. My students are great at it. I did an online book club with them and I was amazed by their comments to each other. The comments were insightful, thoughtful and funny.

I put some pictures up on Flickr. It was much easier than I thought it would be. This would be a great place to post field trip photos for all students to see.

I chose this picture because I am teaching waves and I have recently learned that snake's bodies travel both longitudinally and transversely.

I am not sure how to check the copyright stuff? Not sure I would use this for finding images to use in class, clip art is so useful. I might look into using it for personal photos.

I am very excited about Bloglines! I can't wait for summer to spend more time finding blogs to subscribe to. I'm still not sure how to tie this into something my middle school kids will want to use. I need to check out what my "classmates" are thinking and doing.

I love this idea. I want to show my husband and friends how to do this. I am teaching all language arts next year so I will be investigating literature based blogs.

I want to use this site to create an online book club blog for my advanced la kids. Last term I used a different site but this seems easier.
